Customer Service Associates needed in high volume call center environment answering and providing support to our customers, including: Responsibilities: - Processing customer orders and requests - Respond to phone and online inquiries regarding merchandise - Provide support including tracking and delivery information - Research missing and lost ordersJob Requirements:Requirements: - - - - - - - - - Must have prior customer service/call center experience - - - - - - - - - Proficient in Microsoft Office - - - - - - - - - Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly professional demeanor - - - - - - - - - Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a focus on meeting deadlines - - - - - - - - - Must be able to research in database - - - - - - - - - Must have patience and be empathetic - - - - - - - - - Ability to speak clear English - Spanish would be a plus Hours: - 9:30-6:00
