Tier I Printer Support Representatives are passionate about photography, are extremely knowledgeable and are expert problem solvers when it comes to printers and associated technologies. Successful candidates will Analyze challenging issues with hardware and software, to help identify problem areas and recommend possible solutions to our customers. Customer interactions and resolutions are documented via our easy to use CRM applications so that recurring problems can be reported, analyzed and escalated as necessary. Tier I Printer Support Representatives are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and create a positive impression of our support offerings as well as the Canon brand.Qualifications- In addition to a high school diploma, specialized or technical knowledge is needed which may be obtained in high school business or shop courses or by a relatively brief period of intensive post-high school education- Two to four years of related experience in a PC environment, with demonstrated knowledge of PC Operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC is required- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus- Attendance is an essential function of the job- Must have reliable high-speed internet and PC**We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, orders, and mandates, including those we may be required to follow as a federal government contractor/subcontractor.
