Job Description:
Training SpecialistGeneral Summary:To provide administrative
support to the training organization for the Enterprise (Dollar
Tree and Family Dollar). This position is responsible for travel
coordination, training session planning, logistics, and
communication of major training initiatives. This position is also
responsible for the administration and coordination of the Store
Manager and District Manager Training program, including but not
limited to: enrollment and coordination of trainees in training,
providing SMT Readiness Assessment results to Operations/HR
Business Partners, coordinating, booking, and managing travel
through Concur in accordance with the training budget and Company
policies, welcome email communication with trainees, submitting
action notices to HR Business partners, administering and following
up on surveys, communicating trends and opportunities to Enterprise
Manager Of Training and Enterprise Director Of Field Training. This
position will additionally perform HR/Training analytics, including
reviewing, analyzing, and synthesizing key market data to design
and build reports, provide recommendations, and communicate
proactively to the business. Principal Duties &
Responsibilities:This position will assume many of the Enterprise
Training Managers' administrative duties in order to align with new
Enterprise Training Manager role.Analyze HR and Ops metrics for the
field and business partners in order to communicate compliance,
business impact, and support strategic and aligned people
planningDevelop training process documents, including but not
limited to SOPs for Enterprise TrainingReview and validate updated
content to ensure accuracy and tracking revisions for knowledge
sitesMaintains training document libraries and ensure that all
materials are accurate, kept up to date and are accessible to
users.Builds and maintains relationships with representatives and
leadership team to ensure their needs are being met.Coordination of
class schedule based on training needs.All other projects and
duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Office work environment,
40 work hours per weekAdvanced level Excel, Word, Outlook, Skype
and PowerPoint skills Hybrid workweek - three days at SSC/two days
remote workweek expectation Minimum Requirements:Education:
Bachelor degree (BA/BS) in English, Communications, Instructional
Design or related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in
HR/Talent/Training/Learning and Development support preferredJob
