This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.Qualifications include:Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered NurseAbility to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formAbility to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophyAbility to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agentsWound Certified or 3-5 years relevant experience.We offer a competitive rate of pay and a comprehensive benefits package for full time associates which include affordable health and dental insurance within 60-90 days of hire, paid time off, extra pay for holidays, and a 401k with company match.
