Sentara Home Care is looking for Quality Assurance Coordinators to join the team.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) will implement and evaluate all activities of the QAPI program. Assure that individuals, organizations, and facilities that provide services directly or by sub-contract to PACE comply with QAPI policies. Assures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN)

One year Home Health or Hospice experience required

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $33.11 hourly to 47.68 hourly.

Job Summary

Implement and evaluate all activities of the QAPI program. Assure that individuals, organizations, and facilities that provide services directly or by sub-contract to PACE comply with QAPI policies. Assures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Certifications in quality or project management preferred, but not required.

Experience preferred but not required in Juran Six Sigma and Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

Qualifications:

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) - Other/National, First Aid Basics - Other/National

Data Analysis, Frail and Elderly Population, Healthcare Quality, Quality Improvement, Quality Mgmt Specialist

Skills

Accounting/Auditing, Communication, Critical Thinking, Microsoft Office, Persuasion, Quality Control Analysis
