A company is looking for a 2nd Shift Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound and place outbound calls
Handle customer service communication and data entry
Perform transportation management procedures and resolve low
visibility problems
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/equivalent
Intermediate level skills with MS Excel and MS Word
Previous experience in customer service or a call center
environment
Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
