LOS Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a LOS Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st level support for loan origination platform, including password resets and problem resolution
Assist with implementation and training of new clients and internal users
Manage and maintain initial disclosure and closing document packages

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant and current mortgage lending experience
Support Desk Experience (Super User)
Hands-on requirements analysis and gathering experience in the mortgage lending industry
Knowledge of financial software applications such as Meridianlink Mortgage, Encompass 360, BytePro, Pricing Engines, DocuTech, or IDS Docs
Extensive problem-solving capabilities
