Description -- CHENEGA PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SERVICES -- Company Job Title: Subcontracts Administrator Chenega Job Title: -- Clearance: Secret Location: Chesapeake, VA Reports To: IT Operations Director FLSA Status: Regular, Full Time, Salaried, Regular Prepared Date: 08-21-2018 Approved Date: 08-21-2018 -- ***This position is contingent upon contract award.*** -- Summary: Chenega Professional & Technical Services (CPTS) is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator --is part of a PMO team focusing on the successful delivery and outcome of a large complex Federal IT contract. The PMO will p rovide comprehensive support to multiple projects including (Schedule, Risk, Financial, Acquisition, Reporting, Change Control, Quality Management, Data Call, etc.) -- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position) * This position is responsible for cradle to grave subcontracts administration and management including but not limited to preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements and subcontract agreements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate subcontractor flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements related to subcontracting and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing/quote requests and negotiations with subcontractors * The individual will be responsible for day to day administrative duties of subcontracts within their assigned portfolio to include issuing new agreements and modifications, processing purchase requisitions in support of these actions, resolving subcontractor at-risk and funding issues, evaluating any contractual performance issues of subcontractors and maintaining subcontractor procurement file documentation to ensure 100% compliance with company and contract policies/CDRLS. Other related duties may be assigned at the supervisor's discretion. -- Non-Essential Duties: * Other duties as assigned. -- Supervisory Responsibilities: * None -- Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) * Bachelor's degree is required; preferably in business, finance, or a related field. * No clearance is required but must be able to obtain a clearance. * 6 years of experience in subcontracts administration working for a federal contractor. Must have good understanding of FAR regulations and how they relate to subcontract management as well as experience managing various types of subcontracts including IDIQ, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP. * Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast paced environment. * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing work efforts, problem solve and manage shifting priorities. * Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, vendors and customers, and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork and a positive attitude. * Must have excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills.
