ABC Professional Tree Services, Inc., 501 Truswood Lane, Newport News, VA 23608 has the following openings: 20 Tree Trimmers/Climbers: Use sophist climbing&rigging techniq, cut away dead/excess tree/shrub branches to maintain ROW for roads, sidewlks, utilities, improve tree appearance, health, value. Prune/treat trees/shrubs w/handsaws, hand pruners, clippers, power pruner. Work off ground in tree canopy. May use truck-mounted lifts. No min educat/exp req. $20.24, OT: $30.36. Job Order: 1539704. 20 Ground Persons: Maintain grounds of property using hand/power tools/ equipmnt. Perform a variety of tasks, which may incl any combination of: trimming, raking, clean up limbs /leaves, shredding of larger tree branches, set up equipment. No min educat/exp req. $12.46, OT: $18.69. Job Order#: 1539701. For both positions: Temp, full-time emplymnt. 04/01/19-11/30/19. 7am4pm; 5 days/wk, Mo Fri. Perform srvce in multiple worksites w/in area of employmt, Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News, VA-NC. Transport provided to addl locations from worksite staging area. All tools, supplies, equipmnt provided at no cost. Pre-hire Urinalysis test&backgrd checks requ. On job training. Transport (incl meals, to extent nec lodging) to place of employmt provided/paid by employer upon completion of 50% work contract or earlier.
