Hiring Company Drivers for Refrigerated FreightBenefits: .44 cents on all loaded and empty practical miles Drivers average between $50,000 - $60,000/year Average driver stays on the road 3 weeks and takes 1 week off Stop pay on every delivery after the first drop Guaranteed pay on 10,000 miles monthly Cash bonus safety program Holiday pay PTO 5 days once hired 10 days second year 15 days fourth year 100% company paid health insurance (after 60 days) Vision and dental programs (payroll deducted) 401k company matching up to 2.5% (after 60 days) Pets and Passengers allowed on truck Paid weekly via Comdata Company drivers may pick their truck Paid travel expenses to orientation office in Faucett, MO Paid orientation Company driver's are allowed to plan their own routes Company driver's may fuel wherever they wantRequirements: At least 1 year of over the road experience Have not failed a drug/alcohol test in past 5 years Have no more then 5 moving violations in past 3 years Must be able to stay on the road for 3 weeksAbout Us:Providing dependable refrigerated carrier and broker-based solutions to our customers for over 35 years, Barlow Truck Lines has the experience and resources to serve your freight transportation needs.
