Job Description:

The Analyst, Digital Operations supports the operational health of the processes & documentation related to ecommerce fulfillment of orders for all channels of Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. These areas include, but are not limited to ecommerce order management, warehouse management systems, BOPIS, DC2Store, Store2Home, DC2Home, marketplace, drop-ship, Instacart and other omnichannel fulfillment models. This person supports other members of the Digital Ops Post Order Processing and Fulfillment Information Zone areas by investigating & documenting processes, associated compliance and process improvements amongst other general operational & routine tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager to support post-purchase activities.The Analyst works regularly with other internal business stakeholders such as DC Ops, Store Ops, Merchandising and Inventory. The Analyst will also own the operational process repository and maintain accurate documentation including enterprise AuditBoard reviews. Where there are projects or initiatives related to the post-purchase realm, the Analyst will support by providing subject-matter expertise, supporting documentation and operational insight.Defect management may also come into play as the team works to troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve issues in the post-purchase area. The Analyst needs to be highly collaborative and well organized.Principal Duties and Responsibilities--- Help attain key performance metrics to ensure healthy operations.--- Execute operations processes in partnership with other teams, including release schedules, batch processes, DC closures and other fulfillment-impacting changes.--- Help implement processes to identify systemic vulnerabilities and address them promptly through enhancements, policies and training.--- Execute processes to identify emerging issues and engage the appropriate teams.--- Help manage high impact issue resolution by collaborating with IT, Customer Care, Social Media and other business stakeholders.--- Own the Post-Purchase Operational Process Repository.--- Ensure that root cause analyses are completed, and action plans are defined, documented and completed.--- Work with internal teams to achieve an operational center of excellence.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications--- Bachelors' degree or higher in Business Administration or related field--- Minimum 2 years online operations experience within a multichannel environment--- Proficient in ecommerce warehouse management processes--- Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems--- Ability to build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with business partners and other team members
