System Support Analyst Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a System Support Analyst Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24 x 7 on-call support for assigned production-related systems
Develop and execute scripts, utilities, and associated test plans
Interface with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development to resolve problems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or related discipline
Experience in software quality control, systems analysis, or system support
Experience with application development methodologies and testing tools
Experience with programming languages and primary database engines
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and work in a fast-paced, high-stress team environment
