Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Consultant / Instructional
Designer in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Training Needs Analysis and develop training materials for
role-based learning projects
Ensure standards are followed to meet client requirements and
exceed expectations
Identify issues or risks and recommend solutions to the Training
Lead
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of instructional course design experience or a Master's
Degree with 1-2 years of experience
Expertise with Articulate Storyline
Basic project management experience
Client facing experience and ability to collaborate with clients
and SMEs
Relevant Bachelor's degree and work experience in a corporate or
consulting role
