Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for real estate? Or do you already have some property management expertise and want to develop your career?We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced leasing agent to assist us in marketing, leasing, and managing our properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is professional, has excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and can conduct minimal maintenance.Our Sales Support Representative will show potential renters around the units, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and do other property management tasks as needed.Compensation:$15 - $27 hourlyResponsibilities:

• Communicate with leads via emails, texts, and phone calls
• Build and maintain great rapport with leads
• Educate and assist in finding the best solution for each lead
• Maintain and ensure client information is accurate and up-to-date
• Work with sales team to provide the best customer service for every clientQualifications:
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
