As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital,
customer-facing role supporting high-profile marketing campaigns.
You will help ensure day-to-day objectives are met while
representing both our company and our client with professionalism
and energy. We invest heavily in learning and development,
providing full training across all areas of the company to support
your long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Respond to assigned
tasks within your team and independently when needed. Serve as a
liaison between customers and the client to ensure smooth
communication. Support fundraising and outreach efforts to help
meet campaign goals. Attend required meetings, workshops, and
training sessions. Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and overall
customer experience. Engage with customers and ensure their
requests and questions are handled efficiently. Record detailed and
accurate reports of donations and outreach activity. Provide weekly
(or as-needed) progress updates to the Managing Director. Develop
strong customer service and communication skills in line with
company standards. Applicant Requirements Genuine interest in

learn. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational
abilities. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written
