Job Description Job Description Description: Purpose: The
Agency’s Outbound LSPs are responsible for driving new business
growth by consistently achieving individual production goals. Their
focus is on generating outbound prospecting calls to win-back
opportunities, re-quotes, cross-sell audits, and agency-purchased
leads at the volume necessary to produce enough serious quotes to
meet or exceed monthly sales targets. When necessary, Outbound LSPs
are also expected to deliver excellent customer service when
assisting existing clients, recognizing that every retained client
is as valuable as a new one. They understand the importance of
cross-selling, maximizing household opportunities, and maintaining
a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction.
Outbound LSPs collaborate with the Team Captains, Sales Manager,
and EA to ensure both personal and agency growth goals are
achieved. Production Expectations: · Individual New Business Goal:
o Expected New Business Goal of 350 New Business Points per month.
o Minimum New Business Production of 275 New Business Points per
month. § Low Production Guideline: Failure to meet this standard
will result in progressive performance management. Compensation: ·
$50K – $100K (base commissions and performance based bonuses)
Primary Responsibilities: Sales & Prospecting Consistently achieve
daily activity goals and monthly New Business Sales Goals. Follow
the Agency’s Sales and Follow-Up Process with every prospect.
Generate serious quotes by making outbound calls using Ricochet
Blue prospect lists and agency-purchased leads. Asking for
Referrals from existing clients and recently sold clients.
Self-market by leveraging personal and professional networks.
Customer Service & Retention · Deliver excellent service to
existing clients, recognizing retention is critical to agency
success. · Provide excellent customer service by processing
payments, endorsements, and claims assistance. · Review policies
for savings and coverage opportunities. · Treat every incoming call
as a sales and cross-sell opportunity. Compliance & Documentation ·
Obtain all required signatures and trailing documents before
binding policies. · Maintain strict compliance with Allstate and VB
Blue guidelines, including RMPs and Agency Standards. · Document
every customer interaction in eAgent and agency systems.
Professional Development · Continuously build product knowledge and
sales skills. · Attend office meetings and training sessions to
stay updated on changes and opportunities. · Seek opportunities to
improve agency efficiency and contribute to growth. Mindset &
Professionalism · Approach every interaction as an opportunity to
understand clients, provide advice, and recommend protection that
fits their needs. · Demonstrate professionalism with all customers,
peers, and VB Blue/Allstate leadership. · Embrace the role of
trusted person—not just salesperson or service provider. Other
Duties · Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by
agency leadership. Requirements: Licensing Requirements: · Must
maintain Virginia & North Carolina Personal Lines licenses. ·
Strongly encouraged to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and
Life & Health (L&H) licenses. · The Agency may assist with
licensing on a case-by-case basis.
