We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of business and deliver outstanding service to our clients. This position requires a current Virginia insurance license and in-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products.

Job Details for Personal Lines Account Manager:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Direct Hire Position with Full Benefits
• Pay Rate: Up to $69,000 Job Description for Personal Lines Account Manager:
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
  • Identify client needs and risk profiles to recommend appropriate coverage
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Review existing policies for accuracy and adequate coverage
  • Process changes, endorsements, renewals, and re-quotes
  • Generate policy documents, certificates of insurance, and billing information
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (Epic)Stay current on industry regulations and product updates Job Requirements for Personal Lines Account Manager:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
    • Active Personal Lines license (must be licensed in Virginia)
    • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance coverages and underwriting principles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
